How to Cancel the Order?

If you have placed a wrong order by any chance and wish to cancel or modify the order. Please write to support@indiabakes.in with your order details within 2 hours of the order placement. Cancellation of orders will not be entertained at the order processing stage.

If you have already paid for the order, the amount should be returned to your same account or wallet that you used at the time of purchase within 10 working days.

Return & Refund

As all our products are custom-made to order, we can afford no order cancellation and return is not accepted for any order. However, you can claim a total/partial refund for the following cases.

You are eligible for a refund if you receive:

• Defective/ Damaged products.
• Expired or spoilt products in the case of food items.
• Mismatched products.

What products are ineligible for refunds?

• Products that were not bought from India Bakes.
• Used/ Physically damaged products.
• Products without valid bills and product codes.
